Biography

Hi, I'm Jana — a Registered Dietitian with a deep love for food, nutrition, and overall wellness. I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees from Utah State University, and I am currently pursuing my Doctor of Public Health (DrPH) in Leadership through the University of Illinois Chicago.

With experience working across diverse populations and a wide range of nutrition needs, I bring both clinical knowledge and genuine care to every client interaction. Food and nutrition are deeply personal — they are tied to culture, family, lifestyle, and identity. I approach every conversation with curiosity and without judgment, because my goal is never to overhaul the way you eat, but to meet you where you are and help you feel your best.

It is a true honor to have the opportunity to work with USU staff and employees on their wellness journey. Supporting the people who make this university thrive — in something as personal and meaningful as how they nourish themselves — is something I do not take lightly.
