Description
USU has partnered with EUSA to offer quality internships for all majors in Madrid, Spain. EUSA has more than 30 years of experience managing and placing students in Europe. EUSA offers customized programs and extensive employer network of local businesses and organizations. EUSA offers three types of international internship opportunities:
- Standard 7-8 week programs in country.
- Full virtual internships (work for international organization from Logan/US).
Requirements
Travel and Internship Requirements
- Proficiency in Spanish
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid passport (must not expire within 6 months of travel)
Academic Requirements
- Must be a student in good academic standing
- 2.5 cumulative GPA
- Must enroll in 3-9 IOGP course credits
On-site Program
Description
- Dates: May 18 to July 9
- 7.5 week program
Cost
Program Fee & tuition = $7058

Progam Inclusions
- Individual Skype internship consultation meetings with online predeparture orientation
- Internship placement and support services, which includes coaching and trouble-shooting during the placement
- Mid-term review and final evaluation
- Seven and one-half weeks of housing in a homestay
- On-site program management and emergency support
- On-site program and internship orientation
- Cultural exploration activities program
- Third party liability insurance for each student
- Covid-19 Contingency*
*Please note: A refundable Covid-19 contingency deposit has been added to your program in the event extra quarantine space needs to be booked. The deposit is 10% of the projected program housing cost. After the program is concluded, the remaining unused amount will be refunded.
Virtual Program
Description
- Minimum 10 hours/week of synchronous and asynchronous work. Internship length and hours can be adjusted to fulfill internship requirements.
