Michelle A. Bisbee

Biography

Michelle (she/her/hers) is excited to be spending her second summer in the Morgan Theatre with Hay Fever. She is the Associate Professor of Scenic Design for the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa. Recently, Michelle has worked with Hawai‘i Opera Theatre, Mānoa Valley Theatre, Diamond Head Theatre, Chaminade University, Ohana Arts, and Kauai Community Players. She has taught at four universities and worked professionally as a scenic designer, properties master, artisan, scenic artist, fabricator, and restoration for companies such as The Henry Ford Museum, Cirque du Soleil, Music Theatre of Wichita, and many others. She would like to thank her family, friends, and colleagues for their art, love, and support.
