Biography

Professor of Scenic Design at Utah State University, Dennis has designed over 200 productions for theatres from Hawaii to Maine. He also designs puppets, costumes, properties, corporate events, and immersive experiences. Favorites include Anything Goes/costumes/Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theater, Fun Home/set/Salt Lake Acting Company, Little Mermaid/puppets/Hale Center Theatre, Magic Flute/puppets/Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre, August Osage County/set/Fulton Theatre, Light in the Piazza/set/Maine State Musical Theatre, Anastasia/costumes/USU Opera, A Year with Frog and Toad/costumes/Salt Lake Acting Company, Sweeney Todd/set/ACT Honolulu. He has an MFA in theatre design from The Ohio State University.
