Biography

Stephanie is an Assistant Professor of Professional Practice in the Theatre Arts Department at Utah State University covering dance, movement, and choreography. She also acts as the Program Coordinator for Arts Access in the College of Arts & Sciences. She has danced, choreographed, written, directed, and produced for musical theatre, ballet, opera, choral works, and film. Stephanie has trained with the Intimacy Directors and Coordinators Inc. and has worked as an intimacy director for many theatre productions. Stephanie holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Liberal Arts & Sciences and Speech Pathology and a Master of Education from Utah State University. In 2022, Stephanie completed her Master of Fine Arts in Dance from Montclair State University.

A life-long Logan-ite, Stephanie is happy to join the Lyric Rep this year acting as the choreographer (Bright Star) and the Intimacy Director for the season. Stephanie has danced, choreographed, written, directed, and produced for musical theatre, ballet, opera, choral works, and film. She holds a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from Montclair State University and her current favorite title is “Grandma Steph.”
