As part of its analysis of mission fulfillment and institutional effectiveness, USU has established indicators for student achievement, including retention, completion, and post-graduation success. USU conducts its analysis in the context of and in comparison, with regional and national peers. Student achievement indicator data and other meaningful measures are used for institutional planning for student success. Peer comparison data is unique at the state and national level and therefore should be viewed separately for each metric of Retention, Completion, and Workforce Alignment.
