How Validation Codes Work

Validation codes are a form of kiosk validation university departments can use for occasional visitors and small groups of 20 or less. Validations codes are billed monthly based on usage. Email validations@usu.edu to get more information.

Note: For events requiring 20 or more parking stalls per day, please contact Event Services for assistance.

For five or fewer guests a day, departments may choose to call or stop by the Parking Office and purchase day passes for their guests. You will need to know who they are and what vehicle they are bringing to campus, including license plate number and state.

Rates: $2.00 per hour or $10.00 per day. Beginning November 1st, the 10% discount for 50 or more validations will be discontinued.

Payment Method

Departments will be billed for validations using a Banner index number.
