University Policy 2100: Affirmative Action

To ensure USU's practices are consistent with current interpretations and enforcement of state and federal law, Policy 2100: Affirmative Action was retired on 6/20/2025. Key provisions of this policy regarding the prohibition of discrimination are outlined in Policy 2101: Discrimination Based on Protected Characteristics and Policy 3005: Employment Related Accommodation and Access for Individuals with Disabilities.
