Section 20: Quote, Bid, Offer, or Contract Prohibited by Person with Outstanding Tax Lien - Exceptions

1. A person with an outstanding tax lien in the state may not:
   1. Submit a quote, bid, or offer to Utah State University; or
   2. Contract to provide a procurement item to Utah State University.
2. Afore section does not apply to the extent that the Director of Purchasing and Contract Services determines it is in the public interest to grant an exception to the requirements for a particular quote, bid, offer, or contract specified.
3. Utah State University may reject a quote, bid, or offer submitted in violation of the proceeding section.
