South Campus Area Office

This office is maintained by the Residence Life Department, which focuses on community-building and people, including:

The Area Office also oversees equipment check-out, common area reservations, package/delivery pick-up, and lockouts.

Locked Out?

If you are locked out of your room, stop by the area office during office hours. When the office is closed, please call the On-Call Resident Assistant at 435-994-0253.

 

Deliveries

Merrill Hall food deliveries can be made to your apartment door, or you can meet them at the Merrill office. Ridge Point food deliveries must be picked up from the office. Other deliveries like flowers will be logged as packages in our office. Please note that the front office will not hold food deliveries. You must be present when it is delivered. The only exception will be for orders that come through a shipping company (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.) such as HelloFresh, Home Chef, etc. For food orders like this, the office will keep the order for 72 hours

Mail

The Merrill mailboxes are located near the Merrill office. Ridge Point mailboxes are located near the Ridge Point office. Each apartment has a mail key located by their front door.

Packages are delivered to the area office. Look for an email and/or text from Notifii that will notify you when your package has arrived at the front desk.
