  Important Dates & Events

November 1: Request to Terminate Contract Due (Single Housing)
A “Petition to Terminate Contract” form needs to be submitted online by Saturday, November 1, 2025. A 30 day grace period is allowed for those who are unsure of their plans. After December 1, 2025, a $200 late termination fee will be charged. 

November 26-28: Thanksgiving Break
No classes held Wednesday, November 26, through Friday, November 28, for Thanksgiving Break. 
The Main Housing Office will be closed Thursday, Nov. 27, and Friday, Nov. 28.

For incoming students and those who do not currently live on campus.

Step One December 1, 2025 - February 15, 2026 Sign contract with same-day building selection
Step One (continued) February 16 -

Sign contract with assured space (building selection in April)

2026-27 Current Resident Sign-Up Timeline

For students who currently live on campus and wish to live on campus again fall 2026.

Step One February 12, 2026 Request a housing application
Complete a short survey with
basic student/contact information.
Based on a first-come, first-served
basis and is limited to the first 800 students.
Step Two  February 17 Sign up with same room retention
(those who want to keep their
same space for the 2026-2027 academic year)

Contract process begins December 1.  Beginning December 1, sign contract with building selection.  Beginning February 16, sign contract with assured space on campus.  Waitlist process begins April 1.  From April 7-16, residents who previously chose a building will choose a room and bedspace within that building. Following this selection phsae, those who signed up after Feb. 16 will chose their building, room and bed space.  The contract canellation date with a full $200 security deposit refund is April 15.  Beginning May 1, spaces will offered to those on the waitlist according to availability.
