Guide to Garden Pest Control: Fact vs Fiction Steven Price In the internet era, sometimes it's difficult to tell fact from fiction. The domain of home gardening information is no exception. We will dispel some fictional claims around some of our most common pests and give you methods that really do work to improve your home garden and landscape. Tuesday 3:30 pm RVS 187  
Opioid Overdose Prevention Training (Naloxone Training) Ashley Yaugher & Gabriela Murza Did you know that in Utah, a bystander was present at 70% of overdose death events but did not intervene because they did not know how to or didn't have the resources? Using Naloxone to reverse an opioid overdose can help save a life! Learn how to spot the signs of an opioid overdose, the steps to respond to one, and how to use Narcan® (the nasal spray version of Naloxone). Yoga in the Office Chair Candice Cravins Breathe in, breathe out! Yoga in the Office Chair is ideal for anyone who is interested in learning how to incorporate more gentle movement into their workday while also reducing stress levels. We will practice simple poses with the aid of a chair that will help to improve your balance, strength, and flexibility. Class taught by an AFAA-certified Group Fitness Instructor.
