    Starks Initiation Photos Emerge

While investigating the death of Utah State University student Michael Starks, Logan police discovered an individual questioned in the case is in possession of photographs taken the night of Starks’ death at the location where he consumed large amounts of alcohol. Logan Chief of Police Russ Roper said the male individual who has the photos has hired an attorney and told police he would present only a portion of the images. “He has agreed to present photographs of a portion of the events that happened that night,” Roper said. “We know that this (initiation) event, in its initial stages, was probably a lot of fun and that it was probably documented. We know that there were cell phone pictures and maybe even others. And we would be very interested to review those and make them part of the investigation.”
