Utah State University and the Cache Water District are hosting the 2025 Northern Utah Water Users-Spring Runoff Conference.

Highlights will include:
- A video welcome from Gov. Spencer Cox.
- A legislative panel highlighting water-related bills from the 2025 legislative session.
- A panel discussion with Utah environmental journalists.
- Expert presentations on the latest in soil health, snowpack outlook, infrastructure, water management and more.
