Activity, Ticket Information for USU's First Afternoon Football Game

Saturday's Utah State [University] football game against Louisiana Tech is not only the Aggies' first Western Athletic Conference home game but also the first afternoon home game, and there are several activities and information for fans. The Aggies battle the Bulldogs in a 1 p.m. (MT) kickoff at Merlin Olsen Field at Romney Stadium and all gates open at 11:30 a.m.

The south ticket office at Romney Stadium will open at 9 a.m. on Saturday. Fans are encouraged to come early to pick up and purchase tickets to the game, as a large walk-up crowd is expected.

The east and north ticket offices open at 10 a.m., with the Romney Stadium gates opening at 11:30 a.m.

Utah State Athletics reminds fans of the "No Umbrella" policy. Umbrellas are prohibited in Romney Stadium per the long-standing Athletic Department Policy. The policy will be enforced for this Saturday's football game. Dispensers to leave your umbrella at the gate, to retain upon departure, will be in place. Fans are also reminded that the following items are also not allowed inside Romney Stadium: footballs or any other sports balls, coolers, folding/camping chairs, alcohol, outside food or beverages and weapons.

The Macey's Homecoming Tailgate Party runs from 10:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m., located at 800 East and 1000 North just southwest of Romney Stadium in the street. There will be lots of food, music and fun for all ages.

The first 3,000 fans will get Rally Towels, courtesy of Zions Bank.

Game day tickets, as well as future event tickets, are available for purchase online where fans can purchase tickets from the comfort of their own home without a wait in line. Fans are encouraged to come early to pickup and purchase tickets to the game to beat the walk-up crowd.

The North and East ticket windows of Romney Stadium will be open and available for ticket purchasing. Fans can enter the stadium from both locations.

There is no need to go to the South ticket window unless fans need to pick up Will Call tickets or if they want to purchase future event tickets.

The cash lines at all three ticket sale locations (South, North and East) are extremely quick. Credit card and ATM sales take a little longer due to the new Payment Card Industry Rules.
