QUICKLY — After a month at home, Utah State (1-4, 1-0 WAC) returns to the road and resumes Western Athletic Conference action by heading to San Jose, Calif., to face San Jose State (3-2, 1-0 WAC) on Saturday, Oct. 11. Kickoff is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. (MT) at SJSU's Spartan Stadium (30,456). The showdown between the Aggies and the Spartans will be televised by ESPNU (Ch. 614 on DirectTV and Ch. 148 on DISH Network). First-place in the WAC standings is at stake, as USU and SJSU are currently part of a four-team logjam atop the league standing with 1-0 conference records, joined by Boise State and Nevada.
GAMETIME CHANGE — Saturday's USU-SJSU game time was changed to 5:30 p.m. (MT) to accommodate the ESPNU Broadcast, available on Ch. 614 on DirectTV and Ch. 148 on DISH Network. ESPNU was launched in March 2005. The network features extensive studio programming and live coverage of games, including college football, college basketball and other Olympic sports from more than 20 Division I conferences.
