Aggies to Play in NCAA Tournament Against UCLA
LOGAN, Utah — Utah State Men's Basketball is heading back to the NCAA Tournament for the third consecutive year.
The Aggies will play in the Midwest Region with a first round matchup against 7-seed UCLA on Thursday, March 20. The game will be televised nationally on TNT beginning at 7:25 p.m. in Lexington, Kentucky, at Rupp Arena.
The winner of the Utah State-UCLA game will play the winner of 2-seed Tennessee and 15-seed Wofford on Saturday, March 22.
This is USU's third consecutive trip to the NCAA Tournament, and its 25th appearance overall. In 2024, the Aggies beat 8-seed TCU (88-72) in the opening round, its first tournament win since 2001, before losing to 1-seed Purdue in the second round.
