Dark Secret?
Dark chocolate is loaded with flavonoids and has many health benefits that include reduced cardiovascular mortality, improved mood and reduced blood clots. The percentage of cocoa solids is critical in providing the benefits of chocolate to health. USU nutritionists remind consumers that while a little dark chocolate is good, a lot is not better.
