Fans Encouraged To Come Early to Utah State-BYU Game; Activities Abound

Utah State University's Athletic Department personnel is encouraging all fans to arrive at least two hours early for Friday's game against Brigham Young University. Kickoff is slated for 6 p.m. at Romney Stadium, and all gates open at 4:30 p.m.

Those fans planning to buy tickets on game day are also encouraged to arrive early as a large number of walk-up customers are expected. The USU Ticket Office in the south end of Romney Stadium will open at 9 a.m. Friday morning.

 

The Macey's Student Tailgate runs from 3:30-5:30 p.m. in the parking lot just west of Romney Stadium. Macey's will be offering free giveaways along with face painting and interactive games. DJ Absolute will be performing on the Ensign Scion Stage. KVNU's "For The People" will be broadcasting live from the tailgate from 4-5 p.m. Café Sabor will be hosting a burrito eating contest, and fans can get free samples from Glaceau Vitamin Water. The Macey's Student Tailgate is free and open to the public.

 

The Romney Stadium South Ticket Office will open at 9 a.m. with the east and north ticket offices opening at 3 p.m. Gates open at 4:30 p.m.

 

Aggie football tickets are available in person through the USU Ticket Office at the Dee Glen Smith Spectrum through Thursday at 5 p.m., online 24 hours a day at www.UtahStateAggies.com and clicking on "tickets" in left column, or by phone by calling 1-888-USTATE-1 or (435) 797-0305. The ticket office phone lines are open from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. on Friday.
