The Shingo Institute, a program in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University, has awarded Jabil Circuit (Shanghai) Co., Ltd of China the Shingo Prize.

Alex Zhang, the Operations Director at Jabil Shanghai, reflected on the company's journey to receive the Shingo Prize, describing it as "very exciting." In 2010, the company began a Lean transformation initiative and, over four years, implemented the Shingo Model.
