QUICKLY — After two games on the road to open the season, Utah State (0-2, 0-0 WAC) returns home to the friendly confines of Romney Stadium (25,513) to host in-state foe and 22nd-ranked Utah (2-0, 1-0 MWC) on Saturday, Sept. 13. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. (MT), and the game can be seen on television on KJZZ (Comcast Ch. 14 in Cache Valley).
RIVALRY — Saturday is the 108th meeting between Utah State and Utah. This is the nation's 12th-most played rivalry in NCAA Football Bowl Subdivision (Formerly Division I).
GOOD TO BE HOME — Saturday is Utah State's first home game in a span of five games dating back to last season, as the Aggies played on the road in the final two games of the 2007 season and the first two games on this year's ledger.
AN OMEN — Saturday is also USU's first home game in a stretch of three in a row. This is the first time since 1997 that the Aggies have had three-straight home games, which coincidentally was the last time that USU went to a bowl game.
ON TV — Saturday's match-up of the Aggies and the Utes will be broadcast on KJZZ (Comcast Ch. 14 in Cache Valley). The play-by-play announcer is Steve Brown with the color commentary by Mike Norseth.
