Step 3 – AmeriCorps Account

  • This email will come from myamericorps@americorps.gov
  • Invitation to join UCC’s AmeriCorps program
    • Create or update your my.americorps.gov account

Step 4 - Utah State University Emails

Once you have provided the information in the Onboarding form, you will begin to receive emails from USU. (The UCC is part of USU, and your living allowance payments will come from USU payroll.)

Step 5 - Alcea Software - IPT Account 

  • This email will come from alceasoftware.com
  • This system is called IPT. It is the AmeriCorps member data system used in the state of Utah
  • These emails will come a few weeks before your start date
  • Account setup
    • Set up a new password for your account
    • Use “ucovac” for the organization ID
  • When notified, complete the Eligibility and Enrollment Verification
  • When notified, review and sign your Member Service Agreement

Please remember any passwords you set up during this process. Resetting them can be difficult. We will help you with emails indicating your next steps and reminders. Feel free to be in touch if you have questions or encounter any trouble.
