The first wave of the 2026 Utah Wellbeing Surveys has launched in 35 cities and towns! Anoter 20+ will launch on April 1, 2026. It isn't too late for your city or town to join in the partnership! 

If interested, please fill out this form to become a city partner.

City partners are responsible for advertising the survey with residents. The USU team creates the survey, provides recruiting information, conducts analysis, and provides reports to cities after completion.
