Biography

Monique received her bachelor’s degree from USU in Organizational Communications (1989) and a master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of St. Thomas, Minneapolis, MN (2015.) She has worked at USU as a program coordinator at Conference and Institute and as the Director of Community Education and Communications in the River Falls School District, River Falls, WI, for the past 11 years. Monique’s duties as the GEAR UP Program Coordinator include supervising site coordinators, and overseer of the GEAR UP grant four in the Granite School District.
