Special Instructions	For cremations, all mementos (paw prints, cuts of fur or hair etc..) should be collected prior to delivery to the Laboratory. All collars and tags, if not previously removed by owners, will be removed prior to cremation at owners request and returned with cremains.
Price	$100.00 + $1.50/lb for each animal Prices are subject to change without notification.
Laboratory	Logan and Spanish Fork Animals over 300 lbs. handled at Logan facility only.
