Special Instructions	For cremations, all collars, tags, and mementos (paw prints, cuts of fur or hair, etc.) should be collected prior to delivery to the Laboratory.
Price	$100.00 + $1.75/lb for each animal. A down payment of $100 for small animals (dogs, cats, etc.) and $500 for large animals (horses, sheep, cows, etc.) must be made at the time the animal is submitted. All fees must be paid in full before cremains (ashes) are released to the owner. The UVDL will ship animal cremains for an additional fee. Prices are subject to change without notification. Unless prior arrangements have been made, all cremains, paid and unpaid, will be held at the UVDL for 120 days before being disposed of at owner's expense.
