Description	Determination of pregnancy status by evaluating the level of Pregnancy Specific Protein B (PSPB).  PSPB is produced by the placenta and is detectable approximately 30 days post breeding.  Although levels of PSPB decline after calving, the test is not recommended for use until 90 days post parturition.
