How to Submit
- Fill out the submission form completely, including owner's name and address
- Label the tubes with the 5-digit trich tag number
- Organize your trich tubes
- Send an Excel spread sheet if submitting more than 20 samples
- Turn-around-time can be between 5-7 business days; there is NO rush for trich results
- Provide a submission form for each owner
- Place submission forms with correct samples
- Indicate individual or pool testing
- UVDL is now offering PBS tubes for trich sampling at $1.25 a tube
