Bolder Way Forward for Utah

Davis County

BWF logo

Davis County, nestled north of Salt Lake City, offers a distinct mix of suburban tranquility and urban accessibility as the third most populous county in the state with over 370,000 residents. The county is home to Hill Air Force Base, ensuring economic resilience and cultural vibrancy. Notably, Davis County boasts an array of activities, including hiking trails like the Bonneville Shoreline, Adams Canyon, and the Farmington Bay Waterfowl Management Area; parks like Antelope Island State Park and Great Salt Lake Shorelands Preserve; and the added allure of Lagoon Amusement Park, 10 golf courses, and Station Park shopping center, making it a sought-after destination in Northern Utah. Because grassroots is key to long-term societal change in the Bolder Way Forward (BWF) Framework, the Davis County Coalition leaders bring the BWF message to every city, town, business, neighborhood, and family. Since the “whole is greater than the sum of the parts,” the County Coalition looks at who is currently doing the work in each spoke, or focus area, and elevates existing efforts. By lifting women and girls, we lift all residents.
