Bolder Way Forward for Utah

Wasatch County Coalition                                                                                A Bolder Way Forward Logo

The rugged beauty of Mount Timpanogos overlooking Heber Valley, the green meadows, the streams, the heritage and rural character of the community and the challenges and changes as it grows define Wasatch County. Since grassroots is key to long-term societal change in the Bolder Way Forward Framework, the Wasatch County Coalition strives to bring the BWF message to every city, town, business, neighborhood, and family within the county. Since the “whole is greater than the sum of the parts,” the Coalition looks at who is currently doing the work in each spoke, or focus area, and what programs and efforts already support women and families in Wasatch County. The co-leads, Executive Leadership Team and members facilitate communication, resource sharing, and new initiatives or programs as needed and connect Wasatch County with statewide efforts. By lifting women and girls in our county, we lift all residents. To learn more about what you can do to strengthen the impact of girls and women in Wasatch County, read the "What Can I Do?" report.
