Committees
To move the needle for girls, women, and families here in Utah, the Utah Women & Leadership Project (UWLP) has several committees to advise us at the strategic level. See details below about the Executive Impact Committee, Research Strategy Committee, and Strategic Advancement Committee.
Executive Impact Committee
The UWLP’s Executive Impact Committee is composed of established Utah experts in systems thinking, collective impact, and societal change more broadly. This committee convenes quarterly to brainstorm ideas, suggest approaches, and offer strategies that can help UWLP and its initiatives be successful. This Committee wrestles with UWLP leadership through strategies related to applicable research, relevant resources, impactful events, and the complexity of social change in Utah.

Research Strategy Committee
The UWLP Research Strategy Committee is composed of individuals who represent four entities—the Utah Women & Leadership Project, Envision Utah, Kem C. Gardner Policy Institute, and the Utah Foundation— that conduct and publish broad scale studies that impact residents in Utah. The four organizations are partnering to ensure that applicable studies are discussed and shared and that resources are shared across institutions.
