Colleagues,

Good morning! I have a number of Utah Women & Leadership Project (UWLP) announcements for February:

First, we are pleased to announce the release of a new research and policy brief titled “The Status of Women in Utah Politics: A 2025 Update” (thanks to the lead author: Corinne Clarkson). Also, a few weeks ago we released a new white paper titled “Women in the Workplace: Part 2 – Utahn’s Awareness, Understanding, and Attitudes,” which focuses on entrepreneurship, workforce development, STEM fields, and leadership development.

Second, we have an online event coming up on February 25 titled “A Bolder Way Forward: Updates and Next Steps.” I will be joined by several UWLP staff and A Bolder Way Forward (BWF) leaders across the movement to provide updates of what has been happening with a BWF and discuss next steps moving forward!

Third, we have a few resources to highlight this month:
