White Papers
The UWLP White Paper Series offers research-based reports on specific issues that impact Utah girls and women, along with related policy recommendations. The purpose of this series is to help inform Utah decision makers and the general public as to cause and impact of various issues, and then propose evidence-based policy solutions for change. All research is conducted under the direction of Dr. Susan R. Madsen, Inaugural Karen Haight Huntsman Endowed Professor of Leadership in the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business, and the Founding Director of the UWLP.
