Biography

Lewis grew up loving language, culture, and learning. He has always been diligent in acquiring new skills and learning about the way things work. Along with this came a passion for music, the universal language of all cultures. At the age of 14 he took up piano studying by himself, but this method was ineffective at developing a wider array of musical perspective and knowledge. This led him to begin his study under a great pianist and teacher, Ryan Frazier. With his teacher's support, he was able to progress in his musical knowledge and eventually had the opportunity to perform with other musicians and even as a soloist with an orchestra. He has a strong conviction that the most important trait a musician can have is a good ear and is critical for the development of budding students. Lewis is currently passionate about the outdoors and loves to hike and bike. He has plans to explore and travel the world and acquire as many experiences as he can.
