Paul Ricketts, Director of the University of Utah's Observatory, will guide us in learning to use star maps to locate objects in a telescope. Join us for an engaging one-day intensive training in Focused Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), led by Dr. Kirk Strosahl, PhD (one of the founders of ACT and a peer-reviewed trainer). Focused ACT lends itself well to primary care, behavioral health consulting, and other allied health settings where interventions are brief, in addition to traditional therapy settings.
