2016 TEDxUSU Videos Released

Jeannie Woller presents TEDxUSU talk.

Utah State Univeristy’s Research and Graduate Studies team announced this year's TEDxUSU talks are ready to view on its website, tedx.usu.edu.

“This year’s speakers did a phenomenal job,” said Scott Bates, associate vice president and associate dean in the Office of Research and Graduate Studies, who is also a producer of TEDxUSU. “We’re excited to share their finished products with the many thousands of students, faculty, and community members who were unable to attend the event in person.”

Recognizing the increasing demand for TEDxUSU tickets, Bates said the event will move to the Kent Performance Hall in 2017.

“Interest in TEDxUSU builds every year,” Bates said. “We had more than twice the amount of requests for tickets this year, and we understand the Caine Performance Hall no longer is able to meet all of our needs, or those of our attendees.”

Moving to the Kent Performance Hall will more than triple the number of attendees at TEDxUSU.

“We'’e never hosted an event of this size before,” Bates said. “But we’re looking forward to building upon the foundation we’ve established, and continuing to create an excellent event where we can hear USU's ‘Ideas Worth Spreading.’”
