Academic Success Coaching
One-on-one support to help you build the habits, skills, and confidence to thrive at USU - available to all enrolled students at no cost.
Whether you're navigating a tough semester, trying to build better study habits, or just want someone in your corner, our coaches are here for you. Meet with a peer success coach or an academic success coach — whatever fits your needs.
Body Doubling
Sometimes all you need is someone else in the room.
Body doubling is a focusing strategy where one or more people work on their own tasks in the presence of another person. It's been shown to help with motivation, focus, and follow-through, especially for students who struggle with procrastination or getting started on tasks.
