Report Request
Submit your request for information from Millennium, the alumni and donor database. Be as specific and detailed as possible. Once you have submitted your request you will receive an e-mail confirmation of your request with the assigned report number.

How do I set up sending an email?
To send an email simply fill out the form using the “Communications List” request type and “Email” sub-type. The form will then collect all the needed info for your list of recipients as well as the email itself. You will receive two separate confirmation emails. One for the list and one for the email details. In the latter confirmation there will be a box link included where you can upload all your email content files and provide addition details.

What if I have an urgent request that needs to be completed ASAP?
Submit your request as usual selecting the earliest date available. After submitting your request, you will use the request form again to submit a request type of “Urgent Request” you will be asked to provide the request number of your urgent request as well as the details behind why this request needs to be completed quickly. Upon submission we will then be notified, and your request will be flagged for early review and consideration.
What if I just need a count for a future email?
There is an option under "Communication Lists" for a Preliminary Count. This option will just give you a number and no actual contact info.
