Staying physically fit is just as important as staying mentally fit. Campus Recreation does just that through programs, events, fitness and recreation facilities such as weight rooms, indoor tracks, courts, studios, climbing wall and more. Services, programming and events are available in-persons and some virtually for all students.

Fitness Facilities and Classes

Logan
Students have access to weight and cardio rooms through multiple fitness facilities. There are group fitness classes, nutrition coaching, personal training, and more through fitness programs.
USU Eastern
Campus Recreation opportunities such as outdoor adventures, blue bikes, recreation activities, and student life are all available. Learn more on Eastern’s campus recreation website.
The Bunnell-Dmitrich Athletic Center[BROKEN LINK] (BDAC) has a weight room, cardio machines, and racquetball courts. There are also credit-bearing physical education courses.
USU Blanding
USU Blanding offers a variety of physical wellness opportunities including club sports, outdoor rec equipment for rent, camping trips, and more.
USU Brigham City
The Bullpen Fitness Center is located in the Milton P. Miller building. It is open Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. It is closed on university holidays and breaks. Call 435-919-1200 for more information.
USU Tooele
There are free yoga classes Tuesday mornings at 10 a.m. in the main building, room 165. Call 435-797-8463 for more information.
USU Roosevelt
A weight and cardio room is located in the Classroom Building. Call 435-722-2294 for more information.
USU Vernal
Membership fees for the Uintah Recreation Center are covered by student fees. Once your tuition for the semester is paid in full or if you set up a payment plan, you are eligible for a membership. Fill out a recreation pass application, have your advisor or a USU staff member sign it, then take it to the rec center. Call 435-722-1700 for more information.
Aquatics
The aquatics program offers swim courses for college credit, swim lessons, open swim, lap swim, and health and safety courses.
Logan
Competitive Sports
Club sports offers a change to compete on a competitive level. Students are required to try out for the sport of their choice and will be trained by professional coaches. Intramural sports are open to students, faculty, staff, and their spouses, and you can either make or join a team.

Campus Recreations provides programs and services including fitness and wellness classes, outdoor programs, competitive sports, and aquatics virtually to the comfort of your own home.
