Letterhead
The official university, college, or administrative unit formal logo must always be placed in the upper left corner. No other logo is permitted in this space. A department or division name may be typed out in the upper right corner.
Original letterhead should be used on all mailings to both on and off-campus audiences. Photocopies of letterhead are not acceptable. Digital letterhead is available and can be used for electronic communications. Digital letterhead is accessible through the logo library.
Electronic letterhead layouts can only be created by University Marketing and Communications, Trademark Licensing. Printed letterhead can only be produced by Aggie Print and Mail. All university entities must use one of the standard designs below.

Logo
Only the university, college or administrative unit formal logo can appear on the letterhead header.
Department or Division Name
A college or administrative unit department or division name may appear on the right side of the header, it must be typed out and may take up to two lines.
Phone Numbers
May be added using numbers and hyphens. Phone numbers should appear in the footer.
Website
Only official university websites (.edu) may be used on letterhead. External URLs are not allowed. Websites should not include http:// and should appear in the footer.
Social Media
Social media accounts should not be included on letterhead.
Email Addresses
If included, the email address should be a general college or unit email address and should appear in the footer.
