Graduate Student Training Series: Zotero and LaTeX

Zotero: In this hands-on workshop, students will learn to set up and sync a Zotero account, set up shared groups, organize sources with folders, tags, and notes, and import citations from a variety of databases. LaTeX for Dummies: This workshop will present the basics on how to use LaTeX to easily produce a high-quality dissertation or MS thesis document for publication. An introduction to LaTeX will be given, followed by examples of how a LaTeX.cls (class or template) file developed by the College of Engineering can be used to simplify the process of creating a properly-formatted document. Presented by the Library and Scott Budge (ECE) as part of the Graduate Student Training Series. This workshop meets in the Merrill-Cazier Library, Room 122, from 12–1 p.m. If you would like to attend via Zoom, please register to receive the link. A light lunch will be provided.
