Senior Design Night

Senior Design Night is our annual showcase of student innovation. During their senior year, students spend about 400 hours designing and building capstone projects that address real-world engineering problems. Come support our hardworking seniors!
Latinx Graduation Celebration
Cultural
This celebration is meant to help bridge the gap by allowing students to celebrate their accomplishments. At the celebration, students come dressed in their graduation regalia and are called up one at a time in alphabetical order. They will be given a stole to be placed around their neck, and the center's Coordinator of Programs and Director will shake their hands. Students are then allowed a few minutes to address the audience and their families. After the event, the students are allowed to keep the stole, as a gift from the Latinx Cultural Center. The stole is meant to be worn at the university graduation ceremony and serve as a treasured reminder of our students' university achievements.

Please join the ASPIRE Engineering Research Center for a public, all-ages Open House and EV Extravaganza! Meet some of USU’s most innovative designers working on electric vehicles and the electric roads that wirelessly charge them. Interact with electric robots and rovers in action, including Spot, the robotic dog! See the latest electric vehicles from Tesla, Rivian, and others, learn about the many trades and professional careers waiting for you in electrified transportation, and find out how you can begin to prepare and connect to your perfect career now. Northern Utah Conference to End Violence: A Call for Collaborative Leadership
Conference/Seminar
USU is proud to partner with CAPSA to host the second Northern Utah Conference to End Violence. While the conference is free and open to the public, registration is required. This event is presented by the USU Office of the President, and organized by the Office of Equity and SAAVI. The purpose of the conference is to ensure collaboration throughout our communities in addressing violence. This year's conference will feature two tracks: a "general" track for community members and a "professionals in the field" track for direct providers to survivors of domestic/dating violence and sexual assault. We encourage the following groups to attend: community leaders and elected officials, faith leaders and clergy, advocates, counselors, educators and education administrators, law enforcement, and those involved in the justice system.
