The tootle Rural Opioid Health Consortium (TROHC) offers FREE, community education to help chronic pain sufferers and caregivers.

Learn about Cognitive Behavioral Techniques to manage pain. Topics include:
1. Types of pain and how they impact our daily living.
2. Tools to help deal with pain.
3. How thoughts and emotions affect pain.
4. Skills to assist with better managing pain.

Juneteenth Festival: Solidarity and Unity

Fair/Festival

Join us for a community BBQ bringing individuals together. Sign up for the Unity Kickball Game that will take place at 1:00 pm and add your signature to the Juneteenth national holiday petition. Be sure to complete the Juneteenth event series survey at the conclusion of the festival. Please park at the Big Blue Terrace or at the University Inn and look for the Juneteenth banner/signs.
