USU supports dedicated systems for reporting non-compliance issues or concerns to appropriate units.

USU promotes and encourages a culture of ethical conduct consistent with laws, regulations, and USU's policies and procedures.

Immediate Threat
If you are reporting an immediate threat to life or property, or if you require emergency assistance, dial 9-1-1 immediately.  After resolving emergent issues, please return to this site to report any associated non-compliance issues.

USU's Reporting Hotline

The USU EthicsPoint Hotline is operated by a third-party partner and allows anonymous reporting via phone or online provides and safeguards against retaliation.

When to use the USU Hotline

  • You are uncomfortable reporting suspected compliance violations through the typical reporting lines linked to above.
  • You have shared information in the past and it has not resolved the issue.
  • You are not reporting general employee complaints and grievances. Visit the HR website to learn more about reporting general employee complaints.
