About This Certificate
Web developers design and create websites and are responsible for the appearance of the site.
Web developers are also responsible for a site’s technical aspects, such as performance and capacity, which are measures of a website’s speed and how much traffic the site can handle. The Web Business Certificate of Proficiency is related to and will facilitate the transition to web development positions. The technical certificate will build pathways to other career and technical education programs.
In addition to qualifying students for entry-level jobs, the Web Business Technical Certificate will build momentum to facilitate student transitions and support student efforts to earn an associate degree programs.
