USU Facilities Customer Service

The Customer Service Center serves as the "nerve center" for the Facilities department. Our business is all about "People" and we invite you to contact us with any of your concerns or questions.

The Facilities Customer Service Center is staffed by a three member team, dedicated to the USU community. There are two major telephone lines (435) 797-1947 and (435) 797-3535 that are staffed Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:30pm. excluding Holidays and weekends. Calls dealing with heating or cooling, plumbing problems, roof leaks or any other concern that affects the building or the occupants can be called into the above numbers. In addition we provide moving services and handle key requests for all areas on campus. The customer service department monitors control systems that alert us to potential problems in buildings. If you have any questions about what Facilities takes care of, please call us with your questions.

We strive to get input from our campus customers by having yearly building visits with the responsible parties from each department. The input we receive from these meetings is a very important part of what we do.
