Evaluation & Compensation
To be evaluated, as a group, and compensated according to Venue Operations' established internal metrics. Groups which do not meet expectations, or which deliver poor quality work may be dismissed and/or not invited back in the future.
Clean Up Procedures, Evaluation, and Compensation will generally adhere to the following outline, with exceptions and changes at the discretion of Venue Operations Staff:
- At call time the group will gather in the designated location to receive instructions and assignments from Venue Operations staff.
- The group leader will be expected to present tax documentation, and review and sign the event invoice.
- In cleaning the venue: some group members will clean seats by assigned rows; some group members will gather trash from public areas; some group members will gather trash and sweep in restrooms.
- All cleaning assignments are given by Venue Operations staff, not by group members or leaders.
- Other, additional tasks may be assigned by Venue Operations Staff.
- Did the group meet all requirements: on time, headcount filled, group leader present, documentation filled out properly?
- Did group members conduct themselves professionally: used appropriate language and behavior, stayed off the playing surface, followed directions, did not leave early, worked at an eager pace without needing reminders or prompting from Venue Operations Staff?
- Did the group deliver good quality work: all assigned areas clean, no trash or debris left behind, completed within a reasonable time-frame?
- A full, detailed evaluation is completed by Venue Operations staff as part of the event invoice.
- Flate Rate Events: Volleyball ($200), Football Seat Wipedown ($500), Women's Basketball ($250), Gymnastics ($300).
- Variable Rate Events: Football ($600-$2,000), Men's Basketball ($550-$1,000)
- Compensation for variable rate events is calculated based upon crowd size, usage level of the venue, and the group evaluation.
- Payment is sent by check to the address listed on the Contact Request form or W-9 tax form.
- Venue Operation reserves the right to reduce the compensatory amount a group may have otherwise received at our own discretion.
Violations of any of the above conditions may result in: reduced payment, dismissal from an event in progress or future assigned events, and/or limited opportunities for future cleanup events. These terms and conditions are non-negotiable. Submission of this form indicates that you and your entire group are aware of, understand, and accept these terms.
