In an effort to help Utah State Univeristy students secure housing, this list has been created with information gathered both online and over the phone. This page is provided as an informational resource to students. Utah State University and Housing Services cannot confirm or guarantee the accuracy of any information, or the availability of the properties found below.

Please note: This list does not reflect all privately-owned student housing properties surrounding USU's Logan Campus, or the greater Logan area. This list represents the properties that have confirmed availability with Housing Services as of the date noted below. The housing options listed within this page are not owned, operated or endorsed by Utah State Unversity.  Students are responsible for all due diligence before signing contracts or agreements with off-campus properties. Searching for Off-Campus Housing Options

Consider searching the internet for "USU off-campus housing" or "Logan apartments" to find housing marketplaces for USU and in Logan. You can check for leases and open spaces in Facebook groups around Logan and Cache Valley where students buy and sell leases, and advertise different student housing options for all semesters.
