Remember, this is only a temporary override request. All prerequisites must be sent to the admissions office and applied to your USU account by August 1.
Important: If you request a prerequisite override via this form, and do not send your test score or transcript proving you have met the prerequisite prior to the deadline, the course will be dropped and you will need to register for another class.
This form is only a request that will take 1 business day to be processed. If your request is not granted, you will need to wait to register for the class until your prerequisites have been sent to USU.
