How do I get my transcript?

Official transcripts can be ordered online from the National Student Clearinghouse (current students can visit my.usu.edu and after logging in, click 'Student Records', then 'Order Transcript'). Official transcripts may also be obtained by submitting a signed request in-person at the USU Office of the Registrar, Taggart Student Center (TSC) room 246 or by mail: USU Office of the Registrar, 1600 Old Main Hill, Logan UT 84322-1600.
