Did you know that the USU Benefits team posts a monthly newsletter from Aetna, USU’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP) provider, on the Aggies Thrive website? Each month has a specific theme with articles, videos and resources to learn more about the topics. This year’s theme is “Start Fresh," which gives us a chance to focus on new beginnings.
